It’s been several years since I have been on the popular NBC show American Ninja Warrior. I completed the Qualifying Rounds, as well as the City Finals! I trained ridiculously hard for this show. Now I have been training off and on for the passed few years and now I am wanting to join again!
For me to be in the best shape for the show, I will have to go back to my ninja training schedule which consists of the following categories of exercises:
- Cardio and Endurance
- Upper Body Strength
- Grip Strength
- Stretching
- Balance
- Core
- Legs
