If you are suffering in an area in your life, there’s a way you can improve in that area.

Everyone is suffering to some degree. Someone is suffering in money. Someone suffering in career. Someone is suffering in family, in health, in love… people are suffering all the time. I know there’s a particular category in your life that you feel that you are stressing in.

I have always bee working on myself. I’ve always been improving the quality of my life. I find areas in my life where I feel like I’m lacking and I work on that, for an example, my health. I was really heavy. I gained weight. I was at 159 pounds. That’s the heaviest I’ve ever been in my entire life. I was approaching 160. I’ve never thought I’d ever get past 140 and here I am in the 50s, so I worked on myself. I realized that I’m not satisfied in that area of my life, and I did something about it. I decided to do a bone broth fast for four days didn’t eat anything, just drank bone broth straight, and I lost seven pounds in four days. I continued with my detox supplement phase, and I dropped more weight. So overall I’ve dropped 10 pounds! I feel lighter on my feet and I feel great!

I am somebody that constantly works on my personal development. I work on my fitness mostly. As you guys may already know, I was on American Ninja Warrior, a television show where they have tons of obstacles and if you fall off any obstacle, you land in the water. This was my chance to win one million dollars. Training for the show took a lot of dedication, a lot of hard work a lot of sacrifice and it definitely improved the quality of my life in terms of fitness, and I achieved that goal of getting on the show and hitting the buzzer on top of that warped wall!

Personal development – QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF

Are you taking time to meditate? Are you eating healthy? Are you getting enough sleep at night? Are you having a good time overall? Are you enjoying yourself? Are you having fun? How is your relationship with your family? How’s your relationship with your kids and your spouse or your significant other? Are you improving in those categories?

What you can do now!

Write in your journal reflect upon your life and just sit and think to yourself, “What do I really really want out of my life? What do I need to work on?” And I know that you know what you need to work on and I want to help you guys get out of your comfort zone to make awesome changes in your life!

I know there are things that you can do to improve the quality of your life in that area. You just got to be resourceful. You gotta go out and read some books, or go online and watch YouTube videos. I’m sure there’s tons of videos out there in that particular category. Then just take Massive Action! Do something every day towards the thing that you want to achieve in your life, even if it means just doing a little at a time. Over time you will know notice that you’re making progress and before you know it, you’re exactly where you want to be!

To make change guys, it starts with the mind so what you want to do is first put in your mindset what is it that you want to achieve, feel as if what you desire is here right now, and then start moving from that energy field. Taking steps in that direction you desire. You got to decide mentally that you have to make this change.

Also you must change your mindset from thinking negative to positive, from replacing all those negative self-talk that’s been sabotaging your life and replacing that negative self-talk with positive self-talk. The positive self-talk is what’s going to motivate you to take action, to make changes in your life. Basicall you need positive affirmations you can repeat to yourself. Affirm to yourself that you are successful. Affirm to yourself that you are well and that you are strong.

All you have to do is change the direction of your life just by one degree and go a mile down the road, you’ll be in a complete different area of your life. Get into the mindset of that new person and become it now. Be inside that body. How does it make you feel and just move one step at a time in the direction of your desire. I promise you that if you do that every day, before you know it, you’re exactly where you need to be!
