Staying motivated with fitness mantras!
Oftentimes, we don’t stick with our fitness goals because our mindset is not in the right space. We would need to shift our mindset, think positively about our goals and take action. That’s where positive mantras come in to help us follow through and motivate us along the way.
Mantras are positive affirmations that you repeat to yourself over and over while you exercise. They can help you transform your goals from thoughts to reality.
I like to voice record my fitness mantras and play them back while I exercise. It helps me stay motivated and focused on my fitness goals. Here are a few mantras I like to use regularly!
- I trust my journey. I embrace my process.
- I can! I will! I must!
- I’m a lot stronger than I think.
- I love myself and my body and nourish it the best I can.
- I am strong, healthy, and fierce.
- I’m confident, calm, and in control.
- I am healthy at any age, weight, or size.
- I listen to my body and what it needs.
- I always feel amazing when I workout.
