Chris Workman is a professional magician and American Ninja Warrior competitor who has spent years training under pressure, both on stage and off.

Chris’s background spans two demanding worlds: live performance and elite athletics.

As a professional magician, he performs inches away from audiences where focus, presence, and control are required in real time. There are no second takes, no room for hesitation.

As a competitor on Seasons 8 and 9 of American Ninja Warrior, Chris trained his body and mind to perform under extreme physical and psychological pressure, advancing to the Las Vegas finals.

These experiences taught him the same lesson repeatedly:
Your mind must be trained before pressure arrives.

A TURNING POINT

A serious car injury forced Chris to slow down and rebuild, physically and mentally.

Recovery required patience, discipline, and consistent internal dialogue. During this period, Chris began refining a simple daily practice focused on repetition, intention, and self-directed mental conditioning.

That practice became the foundation for everything that followed.
