This privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information we collect in connection with the Ninja Spirit Fitness mobile applications (the “Applications”), www.ninjaspiritfitness.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Applications and the Site, the “Services”).

When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) collected when you use or access the Services. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of any Personal Information that our business partners share with us. To create an account, we collect Personal Information, such as your first name, last name, email address and password. We may use your contact information to send you information that complements your use of the Services, including product announcements and news and information. Some emails we send are necessary to the operation of the Service and you may not unsubscribe from receiving them.

We do not collect financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information); that information is collected and stored by third party payment processing companies.

Ninja Spirit Fitness collects industry standard data from everyone who uses the Services of the mobile application —even if you don’t have an account. This includes log data that automatically records information about your visit to certain screen, which Services are being used. We use this type of information to understand usage of the Services and to ensure the Services are working properly.

You may access Third Party Services through the Services, for example by sharing affirmations and mantras to Facebook or Twitter or by linking your Ninja Spirit Fitness account with a Third Party Service. Any Personal Information you send to a Third Party Services is governed by their privacy policy.

As stated above, we do not currently collect financial information, as that information is collected and stored by our Payment Processor. However, we may from time to time request and receive some of your financial information from our Payment Processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Services, enrolling you in discount, rebate, and other programs in which you elect to participate, protecting against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

We share Personal Information with entities that perform functions necessary to provide the Services. These entities are restricted from using any information we share with them for any other purpose.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. We store all of our information using industry-standard techniques. We do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to information about you that we store.

If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Services, any activity and data (whether or not it is public) on your Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and, where applicable, will remain accessible to the public.

What Happens When There Are Changes to this Privacy Policy?

Because we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help you achieve your goals, this policy may change over time, but any future changes will not affect data that was collected under a previous version of this policy.
